Hello there! It’s Noémi here, your tattoo artist. Today, I want to address a question I hear quite often: “What tattoo colors do you work with?” It’s a great question, and I’m excited to share a little insight into my world of colors and pigments.
First off, let me assure you that every tattoo I create is done with EU-approved REACH pigments. This means you can rest easy knowing that your skin is in good hands! Safety is my top priority, and using approved materials is just one way I ensure that you have a great experience.
When it comes to the brands I use, I have a few favorites. The most common ones in my toolkit are World Famous Ink, Dynamic, Intenze, and I Am Ink. Each of these brands has a fantastic reputation for producing vibrant, long-lasting colors that truly bring your tattoo ideas to life. I believe that the right pigments can make all the difference in achieving the perfect design!
I’m also a big supporter of local businesses, which is why I purchase my tattoo pigments exclusively from local suppliers, like Tattoo Needs and SkinTools. It’s important to me to support our community while also ensuring that I have access to the best materials available.
After each tattoo session, I make sure to keep detailed records for every client. This includes documenting which colors I used for your tattoo. At Bern Tattoo Studio, we have a comprehensive color list that’s accessible online. This list includes everything from where I buy the pigments, to the lot number, batch number, opening date, and expiration date. Transparency is key in my practice, and I want you to feel informed and comfortable.
If you ever have questions about the colors used in your tattoo, don’t hesitate to ask! I’m here to help and ensure that you feel confident in your choices. And remember, whether you’re thinking about your first tattoo or adding to your collection, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Thank you for taking the time to read about the colors I work with. I can’t wait to help you create your next masterpiece!
With love and ink,
Noémi Kovács
