How to get a Tattoo?

7 steps system

Tattooing is more than just art—it’s a personal journey. At Bern Tattoo Studio, I’ve developed a clear and simple 7-step system to guide you through the process, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Here’s a detailed breakdown of each step:

Step 1: Book a Personal Consultation

The journey begins with a personal consultation. Use the Contact Menu on my website to book a 15-minute meeting through our online calendar.

Why is this step essential?

• It’s your chance to reserve dedicated time for discussing your tattoo idea.

• It ensures we start the process with clarity and alignment.

• You can pick a time that works best for you, making it convenient and stress-free.

This consultation is the foundation for turning your idea into a beautiful tattoo. Don’t skip this step—it’s where your dream design starts!

Step 2: Email Inquiry

Once your consultation is booked, it’s time to send me an email with all the essential details about your tattoo idea. Here’s what to include:

• Body part: Where on your body do you want the tattoo?

• Size: Approximate dimensions (e.g., 10 cm x 10 cm).

• Style: Color, black and grey, watercolor, abstract, fine line, etc.

• Reference pictures: Inspiration or examples of the design you want.

• Availability: Suggest your preferred days for the in-person meeting.

Why is this important?

This information helps me prepare for our consultation and gives me a clear idea of your vision, ensuring we make the most of our time together.

Step 3: Meeting Noémi

This is where the magic begins! During our in-person meeting, we’ll dive deeper into your tattoo idea.

What to expect:

• We’ll discuss every detail of your design, from shape and size to placement and style.

• I’ll offer professional advice to ensure the design fits your body and looks amazing.

• I’ll provide a price estimate based on the size and complexity of your tattoo.

• We’ll go over deposit details and book your appointment if you’re ready.

This meeting is the perfect time to ask questions and share your thoughts. Collaboration is key!

Step 4: Extra Design Meeting (if needed)

For larger or more intricate tattoos, a second meeting may be necessary.

What happens in this step?

• We’ll refine the design, ensuring every detail is perfect.

• If revisions are needed, we’ll finalize them during this meeting.

• Once you’re satisfied, we’ll book your appointment with a deposit.

This step ensures your tattoo design exceeds your expectations.

Step 5: Tattoo Day

The big day!

What to know:

• Check my website for detailed instructions on how to prepare.

• Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and with a light snack in your system.

• We’ll review the design one last time before I start the tattoo.

This is where your vision comes to life, and it’s always an exciting and unforgettable moment!

Step 6: Control Termin

After your tattoo has healed (6-12 weeks), it’s time for a follow-up.

Why is this step essential?

• I’ll assess how the tattoo has healed.

• If touch-ups are needed, we’ll schedule them during this session.

Book this 15-minute control session through the Contact Menu on my website. It ensures your tattoo looks perfect long-term.

Step 7: Touch-Up Session (if needed)

If the control session reveals areas needing adjustment, we’ll book a shorter touch-up appointment.

Why are touch-ups important?

• Healing varies for everyone, and small adjustments can make a big difference.

• This ensures your tattoo maintains its sharpness and vibrancy over time.

Touch-ups are part of the commitment to quality I offer to every client.

Why Follow the 7-Step System?

Each step is designed to prioritize communication, clarity, and satisfaction. By following this process, you can feel confident that your tattoo journey will be smooth and rewarding.

I’m here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring that your tattoo experience is not only professional but also personal and meaningful.
